About Lucy/Bluebeard…

Lucy/Bluebeard is a 45-minute horror comedy musical based on the Fairy Tale, “Bluebeard.”

When Bluebeard marries and then murders Lucy’s beloved sister, Anne, Lucy marries Bluebeard herself in order to get revenge and lay her sister’s soul to rest. The style is Tim Burton-esque Grand Guignol.

The music is a cross between Stephen Sondheim’s “Sweeney Todd” and Danny Elfman’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”
